Start a return or cancel an order
As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. To start a return or cancellation:
- Log in to your account using the email you ordered with.
- Open Orders and select the order.
- Choose Request return (or contact us to cancel before dispatch).
